After 8 years of training, researching and experimenting with different exercises to target my goals; I have developed the ultimate plan for you to build a strong foundation for any fitness goal you want to reach.

This program transitions through phases of mobility, strength, endurance and power training. Moving your body through different levels of fitness will increase not only your results, but your level of confidence. 

What you will expect: 

  • 4 weeks of physical activity, 4 days per week
  • 35 minute workouts
  • Visuals and descriptions of each exercise
  • Nutritional cheat sheet
  • Self Assessment

Equipment Needed:

  1. 1 Resistance band (Optional)
  2. 1 dumbbell or kettlebell
  3. Yoga mat (Optional)
