Start your day with a nutritious breakfast, packed with rich protein, complex carbohydrates and essential fats. We put our bodies under stress daily, whether it be from work or training; eating proper nutrients will help repair and replenish our muscles for future success.
Step 5: Jammin’
Move and groove on your way to work, by listening to your favorite songs. Hearing your favorite tunes, will guide your emotions and mindset into a positive environment.
Step 6: Walk on Water
Encourage someone you may not know, to pursue a dream they envision, by listening and supporting them along their journey. This will open up your network to an unlimited amount of leadership opportunities.
